RESERVED BOOK COLLECTION – These books are requested by the faculty members as listed in the required readings of the course syllabi. The course reserve books are available in the Circulation Unit. Its use is limited within the confines of the library.
UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH COLLECTION (URC) – A collection of undergraduate theses and feasibility studies submitted by the graduating students to their respective school/college and turned over to the library for use as references by incoming 4th year students. These materials are for ROOM USE only.

MEDICAL UNIT LIBRARY – School of Medicine students can avail of the print and online resources of the Medical Library which is composed of print professional books, professional medical journals with online subscription to Acta Medica Philippina and HERDIN (Health Research and Development Information Network).
Service Hours: Regular Semester Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:45 p.m. DENTAL UNIT LIBRARY – Professional books and periodicals in the field of Dentistry are available in this Unit. Except for reference books and periodicals, they may be borrowed for home use for three (3) days. The Unit has internet facilities exclusive for use of the Dental students. The library subscribes to Dental Education in Video which is a video collection of dentistry and dental techniques, delivering instant access to hundreds of high definition videos featuring world renowned clinicians and educators. Reminders: 1. The Identification card is non-transferable and must be presented to the librarian every time a home reading book is borrowed or renewed. 2. The Identification card is necessary every time a student enters the library.
Fines and Penalties
1. A fine of Php 5.00 a day is charged for failure to return a circulation book on its due date. 2. For failure to return a reserved book on overnight loan at 8:00 a.m., the following class day, a fine of Php 5.00 for every succeeding hour. 3. A book that is lost should be reported at once to library service desk where it is charged. 4. A book not returned within seven (7) days after due date or recall or lost shall be reported to the library service desk where it is charged. The Librarian-in-charge will make a report regarding the matter. 5. Any library user who shall deface, mutilate, or steal any library material or property shall be reported by the librarian. The case will be referred to the library coordinator of the Materials and Student Services Section for appropriate action. 6. Lending of the identification card will subject the owner of the card to suspension of library privileges for two (2) weeks. 7. A library user who fails or refuses to settle his outstanding library account shall not be: a. allowed to register b. permitted to use the library c. given clearance from the library 8. Making noise or loud conversation and eating within the library premises are strictly prohibited. 9. Violation or infraction of the rules and regulations of the library shall not be excused on the plea of ignorance
